The deposit/retainer is nonrefundable and nontransferable once paid. This secures your date and makes us unable to book other weddings. Cancellations must be made at least sixty (60) days prior to the client’s reserved date or the client will be responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed upon Any additional add on's or additional coverage needed must be made known at least one (1) month prior so we can plan accordingly. The number given one (1) month before is the total payment we receive on wedding day, regardless of last minute changes. If the party is late for service start time that was agreed upon, a late fee of $10 per 10 minutes late will be charged.
