I totally understand it is sometimes necessary to cancel/rebook. Therefore, there will be no cancellation fee if you’re Bridal Makeup- 6 months in advance Prom/Formal Makeup- 1 month in advance Any other Makeup Appointment- 5 days in advance If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment within the timeframe above there will be a required cancellation fee of 50% of that appointment cost. This will be charged to the card put on file. If you’re 15 minutes late to an appointment, I will charge an additional $20.00 to the appointment. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. In regards to weddings, the travel/deposit + assistant fee is nonrefundable once paid. This secures your date and makes me unable to book other weddings. Additionally, the final count having makeup done that is given two months before the wedding must be paid in full, regardless of last minute changes to that number. *NO-SHOW or Cancellation on the day of appointment is subject to full amount charged to the card put on file* *NO refund after makeup is completed and paid for*
